L’ingresso, dai colori chiari, è un luminoso invito a entrare a palazzo. Le pareti morbide e curve, leitmotiv di tutto lo spazio, si ritrovano anche nella forma circolare del pozzo di raccolta delle acque, che qui ha una connotazione simbolica. Il richiamo è alla casa pompeiana e riprende anche l’idea del gesto – ormai diventato automatico – del lavarsi le mani. Un rivestimento ceramico, facile da sanificare, ricopre l’intero ambiente, compreso il top del pozzo e il bancone della reception.

The light-coloured entrance is a bright invitation to access the home. The soft and curved walls, leitmotiv of the whole space, are also found in the circular-shaped well to collect the waters, which here has an installation-like value. The reference is to the Pompeian house, and it also revives the idea of the gesture – which has now become automatic – of washing hands. A ceramic coating, easy to sanitise, covers the entire space, including the wellhead and the reception counter.
